It’s World Mental Health Day!
To mark the occasion, I’ve released a special mid-week episode of my So-Called Normal podcast. My guest for this one is the great Steve Lurie. Steve is the longtime executive director for the Toronto branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA Toronto), and for decades he has been one of the leading mental health advocates in Canada. Steve has also been a mentor, a friend, and a very influential force in shaping my own career.
Check out our conversation wherever you listen, concluding Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
In case you missed it, don’t for get to also listen to my regular Monday release. This week’s episode was with veteran news anchor Kevin Newman. That’s everywhere too, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
